You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or re-upload any purchased resource — in whole or in part — to any other platform, marketplace, or individual. Each purchase is for a single user only.

03.AI-Generated Content

Certain resources, including PDF files, summaries, and educational materials, may be generated or enhanced using AI systems. These materials are provided as helpful references but may contain errors, inaccuracies, missing context, or outdated information. WonderKit does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of AI-generated content, and users are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for professional, academic, or personal decisions.

04.No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a resource has been downloaded or access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

In cases of accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

05.Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow third parties to access purchased resources through your account. WonderKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

06.Intellectual Property

All content on WonderKit — including but not limited to resource files, descriptions, graphics, logos, and website code — is the intellectual property of WonderKit or its respective content creators. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

07.Prohibited Use

You agree not to use WonderKit to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, reverse-engineer or extract content from purchased resources beyond personal use, use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content, or impersonate another user or WonderKit staff.

08.Resource Requests

WonderKit accepts resource requests from users as suggestions only. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the resource will be created, nor does it grant any ownership or rights over any future resource that may be produced in response to the request.

09.Availability & Downtime

We strive to keep WonderKit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime or unavailability.

10.Limitation of Liability

WonderKit is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchased resources, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.Governing Law
